As a Design Operations Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in commercialising the design and product process through innovation, change management, and collaboration. Your primary responsibility will be to streamline and optimise the design process, enabling the delivery of market-leading product experiences to our customers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Establishing design standards and best practices.
  • Implementing agile design methodologies and identifying opportunities for process improvement.
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies in the design process and develop strategies to address them.
  • Contribution to the professional development of the design team by helping establish and maintain our Design Communities of Practice.
  • Definition of metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of design operations.
  • Overseeing the utilisation of design tools and software, ensuring they are up to date and align with the team's needs.

  • A background in design is preferred.
  • Knowledge of industry tools to understand the design workflow that will support the design team.
  • An understanding of Agile methodologies.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and mentor design teams.
  • Several years of experience in design operations, including delivering projects and managing teams.
