Equipping Christian Leaders in Marginalised Areas

The Church and Marginalised Communities Advisor will work with Anglican churches to equip, train, and support ministry in marginalised communities.
This part-time role is based at Mt Druitt and involves working 4 days a week until November 2026. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Ensuring ongoing operations and agreed outcomes of The Well Training Project
- Partnering with churches in marginalised areas to recruit and train bi-vocational gospel workers
- Coupling individuals within or thinking about The Well Training program
- Building relationships and contributing to consultation with Church and other communities
- Tertiary qualifications in Community Development or Social Work
- Theological study at Graduate Level
- License or Authorisation in the Anglican Diocese of Sydney (or ability to qualify)
- Minimum 2 years' experience in delivering pastoral care training programs and workshops
- Active member of an Anglican Congregation
- Current NSW Driver's License
- Valid NSW Working with Children's Check
