Project Manager

Are you a skilled project manager looking for a new challenge? Do you have experience in multi-family construction and renovation? We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team.

Job Description:

This individual will oversee and manage the successful execution of multi-family construction projects in the Southeastern United States, with an initial focus on a historic renovation project in Augusta, GA. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of multi-family construction, with expertise in managing all aspects of projects ranging from $15M to $50M. This includes project buyout, cost management, and detailed project scheduling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and successful completion of multi-family projects.
  • Manage day-to-day activities on-site and coordinate with internal stakeholders, contractors, and vendors.
  • Lead the renovation of a historic property in Augusta, GA, ensuring compliance with preservation standards, local regulations, and project timelines.
  • Manage project budgets effectively, including buyout, subcontractor negotiation, change orders, Pay Application process and vendor management.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Coordinate and manage the work of subcontractors and vendors to meet deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in multi-family construction management, with a proven track record of successfully managing projects in the $15M-$50M range.
  • Experience in both ground-up construction and historic renovations is highly preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in construction management software and tools (e.g., Procore, ACC, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, P6, etc).
  • Detailed knowledge of project scheduling, cost control, and project management systems.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams, subcontractors, vendors, and clients.
