About Our Team

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our Advocacy and Impact team as a Social Impact Associate.

This role is ideal for those who are passionate about making a positive impact and living in Brisbane, Sydney, or Melbourne. As a Social Impact Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of our Corporate and Social Responsibility Strategy and Reconciliation Action Plan.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating meetings, events, and communications related to CSR and RAP initiatives.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to participate in campaign execution, projects, and working groups.
  • Contribute to stakeholder engagement activities, including preparing briefing materials and summaries.
  • Assisting in gathering data and insights to support reporting on CSR and RAP initiatives.

About the Role

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a range of initiatives that help us achieve our ambition to be a force for good. You will assist the Social Impact team with administrative coordination, stakeholder engagement, events, and content development.
