Job Overview

The Simulation Technician is responsible for ensuring the maximum availability and reliability of training systems to support successful training outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on training devices in a safe and effective manner.
  • Ensure maintenance activities comply with internal standards and external regulatory requirements.
  • Support site-based engineering development by assisting Senior Simulation Technicians with investigations.
  • Perform supply support duties including stock takes, parts handling, ordering, receiving, and shipping.
  • Handle parts shipping in accordance with export control and security protocols.
Requirements:
  • Evidence of ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
  • Able to lift up to 20kg.
  • Possess good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Familiarity with aviation industry is desirable but not essential.
  • Basic computer literacy required.
