About the Role:

We're seeking an Automotive Sales Specialist to join our team in this exciting part-time position. As the face of Cars24, you'll be responsible for delighting our customers through test drives, deliveries, and pickups.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our clients.
  • Liaise closely with the Customer Operations team to ensure timely delivery of cars and efficient administrative tasks.
  • Conduct test drives with customers, providing personalized demonstrations and showcasing the features of our vehicles.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers, addressing their needs and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Operations team to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes that enhance the customer experience.
