Early Childhood Educator Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional individual to fill the role of Early Childhood Educator at our Dubbo Centre. This is a unique opportunity for a passionate and dedicated professional to join our team and contribute to providing a high-quality learning environment for children.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment that promotes child development and well-being.
- Develop and implement curriculum plans that align with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide a seamless and supportive service to families.
Requirements:
- A minimum ACECQA approved Certificate III or Diploma Qualification in Children's Services.
- An understanding of the EYLF and NQS frameworks.
- Proven sector experience within an early childhood service, working with children aged 0-5 years.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
