Trainee Early Childhood Educator Opportunity

We are seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to participate in our Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care traineeship program. Our aim is to foster a culture of lifelong learning, supporting graduates to progress into meaningful careers as early childhood professionals.

Responsibilities

As an Educator in Training, you will collaborate with colleagues to deliver quality education and care while upholding the values, policies, and philosophies of our centres. Your role will involve supporting children's development and physical care while observing and learning from best practices through nurturing relationships and positive interactions.

Additionally, you will assist educators in observing and documenting children's learning and development, and contribute to the day-to-day operation of the room.

  • Able to obtain a Working with Children Check
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
