Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Support Advisor to join our team in Tom Price for an exciting new project.

As a key point of contact, you will be the integral link between our company and globally renowned major accounts and valued customers within the region.

Your primary objective will be to promote our service and parts components to deliver total customer satisfaction and ensure a high degree of service and support is maintained.

To achieve this, you will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement effective solutions that meet and exceed customer expectations.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Safety Commitment: Exercising a high standard of precaution and duty of care to yourself and others around you.
  • Technical Knowledge: Providing holistic technical advice on hydraulics and mechanical components for our excavator fleet.
  • Project Coordination: Meeting deadlines through planning and execution of shutdowns, working collaboratively with the Service Department.
  • Trade Qualified: Holding a minimum Certificate III in Mechanical Engineering or related heavy diesel qualifications or Certificate III in High Voltage Electrical Technology.
  • Leadership: Actively chasing improvement opportunities and timely resolution of queries.
  • Personable and Professional Communication Skills: Planning and preparing relevant documentation related to machine performance, customer products, workmanship, warranty and diagnostic information.
