Part-time Care Assistant Wanted

**Job Title:** Specialised Carer
We are seeking part-time Specialised Carers to support clients across various locations. The role involves providing essential care to help older people live independently at home, improving their quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide personal care, such as assisting with showering and dressing
- Help around the home, including meal preparation and light cleaning
- Transport clients to appointments and assist with shopping
- Assist with medication management
- Patient, compassionate, and solutions-focused individual
- Previous experience in aged or community care, or a willingness to start a career in aged care
- Valid Driver's Licence and access to a reliable, insured vehicle (minimum Third Party Property Insurance)
- Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support (or a willingness to obtain this qualification)
- Hourly rate of $30.42 to $33.15, plus $0.99/km, paid travel time, and a mobile phone
- Full training provided; no experience necessary
- Secure employment with a 14-day permanent part-time roster
- Salary packaging up to $15,900 tax-free
- Fitness Passport membership
- First Aid Certificate provided and paid for by HammondCare
- Paid Certificate III in Aged Care training available for career progression
