Job Title: Home Care Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled individual to join our team as a Home Care Worker. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our clients by providing personalized care and support in their own homes.

About the Role:

  • Provide high-quality care and support to clients in their own homes, promoting independence and dignity.
  • Assist with daily living tasks such as showering, medications, transport, and respite care.
  • Offer everyday living services such as domestic assistance, gardening, shopping, or meal preparation.
  • Promptly report client services and recognize and report any client risk.

Requirements:

  • Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, or Community Services (desired)
  • Current Australian Driver's License and willingness to travel
  • Registered and insured vehicle
  • Compassion, empathy, and a passion for helping others
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Confidence in using technology
