As a Psychosocial Risk Manager, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by developing and implementing best practice psychosocial safety protocols across the organisation.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and integrate psychosocial risk management systems with the organisational safety system (ISO 45001)
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of psychosocial risks and regulatory requirements
  • Work collaboratively with teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes
  • Analyse performance metrics to inform data-driven decision making

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • A minimum of 4 years' experience in organisational psychology or related field
  • Demonstrated knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 45003 (within professional services advantageous)
  • Proven ability to communicate complex ideas and influence stakeholders
