Job Overview:

  • You will be responsible for building and reviewing advanced financial models, covering project economics, capital structures, and investment returns.
  • Supporting debt and equity financing processes, engaging directly with banks, investors, and advisors.
  • Developing high-quality investment papers, board presentations, and financial analyses to inform senior decision-making.
  • Conducting due diligence on new developments, acquisitions, and joint ventures.
  • Assessing M&A and partnership opportunities, including valuations and risk-return considerations.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry, regulatory, and policy trends shaping the energy transition.
  • Collaborating with technical, legal, and commercial teams on transactions and project financing.
  • Providing oversight and mentorship to junior team members where needed.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years' experience in corporate finance, investment banking, infrastructure advisory, or energy/renewables, with strong financial modelling and valuation expertise. Knowledge of energy markets, project development, or infrastructure deals is an advantage.
