Job opportunity: Micro-Surfacing Crew Member

We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual to join our micro-surfacing crew in the Mackay region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in road maintenance, construction, or a related field, with experience operating machinery and ensuring safety protocols are followed.

  • Maintain and repair road surfaces by applying micro-surfacing techniques.
  • Operate and monitor equipment, including micro-surfacing machines and trucks.
  • Clean roadways of debris, dirt, and loose material.
  • Mix and apply surface materials to extend the life of road surfaces.

Requirements:

  • Valid HC Drivers Licence.
  • Construction industry white card.
  • Prior experience in civil labouring or asphalt operations.
  • Able to pass a drug and alcohol screen.
