About the Role

  • This is a highly mobile, hands-on position that combines mechanical precision with technical problem-solving in software and networking.">
  • As part of our VIC Maintenance Program, you'll be on the frontline ensuring our life-saving technology operates at peak performance.">
  • You'll work closely with our team to resolve complex technical issues in the field, using your analytical skills and technical expertise to troubleshoot and resolve problems efficiently.">
  • You'll also support compliance and reporting requirements from the office, maintaining accurate records and documentation to meet regulatory standards.">

Key Responsibilities

  • ">
  • Install, commission, and perform preventative and remedial maintenance on road safety technology across metro and regional areas.">
  • Support a wide range of technical IT solutions, resolving complex issues in the field.">
  • Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reports to meet compliance standards.">
  • Contribute to weekly team initiatives, driving continuous improvement and innovation.">

Requirements

  • ">
  • Experience installing, configuring, and troubleshooting complex hardware and software systems in the field.">
  • Strong understanding of network configuration (LAN/WAN), cabling, and equipment installs.">
  • Accreditation in Working at Heights and Elevated Work Platform (preferred).">
  • A full, unrestricted, valid Australian Driver's Licence.">
