- Manage a team of 8 accountants and control your own book of clients from start to finish
- Build and maintain client relationships, providing exceptional service and ensuring client satisfaction
- Prepare and review financial accounts, income tax returns, and business activity statements for individuals, companies, trusts, and partnerships
- Draft tax advice to clients on complex transactions, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Mentor and manage junior accountants, providing guidance and support to ensure their success
- Oversee IT issues, upgrades, and improvements, ensuring seamless operations and minimal downtime
