Business Continuity and Crisis Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Continuity and Crisis Manager to join our Risk and Audit team in Sydney. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for enhancing and protecting value through assisting our Business Units and teams in the disciplines of Operational Resilience, Business Continuity, and Crisis Management.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective business continuity and crisis management strategies to minimize disruptions and ensure business continuity.
- Provide coaching and guidance to business leaders and teams on operational resilience, business continuity, and crisis management best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, and develop strategies to improve resilience and business continuity.
- Develop and maintain business continuity and crisis management plans, procedures, and policies.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and business impact analyses to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Provide support and guidance to business leaders and teams during crisis situations, ensuring effective communication and decision-making.
