Business Continuity and Crisis Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Continuity and Crisis Manager to join our Risk and Audit team in Sydney. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for enhancing and protecting value through assisting our Business Units and teams in the disciplines of Operational Resilience, Business Continuity, and Crisis Management.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective business continuity and crisis management strategies to minimize disruptions and ensure business continuity.
- Provide coaching and guidance to business leaders and teams on operational resilience, business continuity planning, and crisis management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, and develop strategies to improve resilience and business continuity.
- Drive positive change in risk culture at Lion by promoting a culture of resilience and business continuity.
- 8+ years' experience in a large corporate, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Postgraduate studies in business continuity and/or crisis management (not essential).
- Strong technical knowledge and experience with operational resilience, business continuity planning, and crisis management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
