We are seeking a guest-focused Hotel Front Office Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will support the Front Office Manager in leading daily front desk operations, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for every guest.
This pivotal role involves overseeing daily front office operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest services. The supervisor will lead, train, and motivate the front office team to deliver exceptional service, handle guest enquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and care, and ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
The ideal candidate has previous experience in a front office or supervisory role within hospitality, strong leadership and interpersonal skills, excellent problem-solving skills, and knowledge of hotel PMS systems. They must also be flexible to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee daily front office operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest services.
