Senior Project Manager – Client Side Position

This is a senior-level project management role that involves overseeing large-scale commercial and life science projects from conception to completion.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Management: Develop strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Project Planning: Conduct feasibility studies, create detailed project plans, and identify potential risks.
  • Design Management: Oversee the design process, ensure alignment with project objectives, and implement cost-effective solutions.
  • Procurement: Manage the procurement process, select suitable contractors, and negotiate contracts.
  • Delivery: Ensure timely delivery of construction services, meet quality standards, and maintain stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Cost Control: Monitor and control project costs, provide regular reporting, and recommend adjustments as needed.
  • Commissioning: Coordinate commissioning activities, conduct post-contract duties, and ensure a smooth handover.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5-15 years of experience in managing commercial and life science projects.
  • Proven knowledge of contract administration and base build construction.
  • A sound understanding of overall construction programs and plans.
  • The ability to identify key client and builder obligations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Advanced computer literacy.
  • Advanced skills with Microsoft Excel.
