Position Available: Culinary Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Culinary Expert to join our team at Randstad. This role offers a unique opportunity to combine your culinary expertise with exceptional customer engagement in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cooking Demonstrations: Lead engaging cooking classes and demonstrations that effectively showcase the advanced features of our kitchen appliances.
  • Food Preparation: Manage all aspects of food preparation, maintain a clean and organised kitchen, and uphold rigorous hygiene and food safety standards.
  • Recipe Development: Create and test innovative recipes to highlight the versatility and performance of our products.
  • Event Support: Assist with the planning and execution of various events, masterclasses, and special functions.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales staff, retail partners, and marketing teams to deliver a superior customer experience.

Qualifications:

  • Leadership Experience: Demonstrated experience in leading and assisting a team.
  • Customer Engagement: Strong passion for sharing culinary knowledge and engaging with customers. Dedicated to delivering exceptional service and continuously enhancing the customer experience.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent public speaking and presentation abilities. Ability to engage an audience.
  • Certifications: Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent, along with a Level 2 Food Safety Certificate. Responsible service of alcohol would be an advantage as well.
  • Culinary Knowledge: Interest in a broad range of cuisines and a commitment to high-quality food.
