Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a customer-focused representative to join our team in Gladstone, QLD.

This is a challenging and rewarding full-time role that involves providing exceptional service to our growing customer base.

You will work closely with our supportive management and team to perfect your customer service skills, investigate issues and escalations, and harness your problem-solving techniques to reach quick and successful outcomes.

We have a comprehensive learning and development program in place to support the right candidate in achieving success from the beginning.

The Key Responsibilities of this Role Include:

  • Providing friendly and efficient service to customers via telephone, email, and other business systems

  • Actioning customer requests quickly, taking ownership of enquiries, and finding fast resolutions

  • Understanding our customer's sales history to identify service requirements and pursue upsell opportunities when available

  • Nurturing relationships with our clients, staying up-to-date with processes and procedures to provide tailored solutions

  • Informing customers of new product ranges and services where applicable

The Ideal Candidate Will Possess:

  • Experience in a high-volume call centre environment (preferred but not essential)

  • A customer and solutions-focused mindset, thinking outside the box to achieve results

  • Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to work unsupervised in a small team

  • A strong understanding of Microsoft and/or Cloud-based CRM programs

  • Clear verbal and written communication skills required
