Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated professional to fill the position of Facility & Grounds Officer.

About the Position:
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for general facility maintenance, including tasks such as rubbish collection, minor carpentry, painting, plumbing, mechanical, and grounds maintenance.
  • They will work closely with the Hotel Services Manager on a day-to-day basis, ensuring that all maintenance work is carried out efficiently and safely.
  • The officer will contribute to a safe and well-functioning healthcare environment.
Requirements:
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in building and ground maintenance.
  • They should have experience in the use of computer packages, e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel.
  • The ability to exercise own judgment and initiative in the day-to-day execution of a position is essential.
  • The candidate should have knowledge of plant and equipment operation and maintenance.
