Senior Facility Director

As a seasoned leader in aged care, you will oversee the daily operations of an aged care facility.
This role involves leading a team of dedicated professionals, implementing service improvements, and fostering a culture of excellence and respect within the facility.
Key Responsibilities- Manage all aspects of facility operations, including staffing, budgeting, and compliance
- Maintain high standards of resident care and satisfaction
- Lead and support staff development and training initiatives
- Ensure compliance with relevant health and safety regulations
- Build positive relationships with residents, families, and the community
The ideal candidate is a strong leader with a commitment to aged care excellence. They will possess qualifications in healthcare, experience in aged care management or facility leadership roles, and skills in leadership, financial management, and communication.
