We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our dynamic team as a Service & Delivery Specialist.

As the face of our brand, you will be responsible for delivering healthcare equipment efficiently and with a smile. You will work closely with clients, suppliers, medical professionals, and facilities to provide top-notch service and ensure seamless interactions.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering excellent customer service through all interactions
  • Undertaking specialized deliveries and pickups of living aids to private homes, aged care facilities, and hospitals
  • Assembling equipment correctly
  • Setting up trial equipment
  • Efficiently scheduling and managing time and administrative duties
  • Providing sales support and recommending products and services
  • Liaising with clients to coordinate and organize delivery and pickup times
  • Documenting and reporting on delivery/product information
  • Managing stock and performing warehousing duties as required
  • Repairing and servicing healthcare equipment as needed

Key Requirements
  • Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Maintain a current and satisfactory police check
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to perform manual work - lifting items, bending, squatting, kneeling
  • Test and Tag license - if not held, a willingness to obtain
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
