About Us

We provide high-quality in-home care services to support older adults in living independently at home. Our team helps with various personal and lifestyle needs while offering companionship.

About The Role:

Previous experience or qualifications are not necessary as we offer comprehensive training and support. As a caregiver, you will deliver individualized person-centered care to enable people to stay in their own homes for a longer period. We are seeking new caregivers located in and around Perth's Western Suburbs and North Perth areas.

Your Key Responsibilities:

- Provide companionship and social support, including transporting clients in the community
- Offer domestic assistance such as vacuuming, mopping, laundry, and general cleaning of the home.
- Assist with showering, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
- Deliver compassionate home care through building trust and taking the lead to support individuals to live as independently as possible at home
- Tailor care to suit the unique needs of our clients

Requirements:

- Have access to a private vehicle with valid insurance
- Hold a valid Australian driver's license (no red P plates)
- Be able to provide a national police clearance with no disclosable outcomes
- Be an Australian Citizen or permanent resident
- Be COVID-19 vaccinated (including one booster)

Job Type: Casual
Salary: $28.78 - $51.00 per hour
