**ABOUT THE ROLE:
**Summary of the role**:Caring and professional Care Companions wanted to join the dynamic and friendly team at the 33 bedded Edgewater Mercy Hostel.
- Permenant Part Time and Casual Positions available
- Located in Edgewater close to Joondalup with good transport links
- Over award rates of pay
- Providing care and support to our residents at our Aged Care home located in HOME Responsibilities include everyday activities of cooking, cleaning, laundry, personal hygiene, general activity, medication administration, leisure activities and other general household duties
- Promoting the physical and emotional wellbeing of residents by partnering with residents to be involved in the meaningful activities of their life

**ABOUT YOU:
- Certificate III or IV in Aged Care or Individual Support is desired
- Previous experience in Aged Care is desirable
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work effectively within a team environment
- Previous experience in cooking or in a hospitality environment
