ALPA's training team is growing, and we're looking for a number of Travelling Workplace Trainers to join our team. As a Travelling Workplace Trainer, you'll represent everything that ALPA stands for. You'll get to immerse yourself in the rich traditions and languages of the remote Indigenous communities we work in, whilst making a meaningful impact on people's lives.

You'll get to travel to some of the most beautiful and remote locations in Australia while sharing your expertise with local communities. We're looking for people with experience in retail, community services, LLN as well as first aid or construction.

As a Travelling Workplace Trainer, you'll be responsible for training and mentoring our Team Members to help them grow and learn in their jobs. You'll have plenty of opportunities for professional growth and skill development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Train and mentor Team Members to help them grow and learn in their jobs
  • Share your expertise with local communities in remote Indigenous communities
  • Immerse yourself in the rich traditions and languages of the remote Indigenous communities
  • Make a meaningful impact on people's lives
