Travelling Workplace Trainer
Are you passionate about sharing your skills and mentoring people in the workplace? We have an exciting opportunity for a Travelling Workplace Trainer to join our team at ALPA.
As a Travelling Workplace Trainer, you will be responsible for training and mentoring our Team Members to help them grow and learn in their jobs. You will have the opportunity to travel to remote Aboriginal communities and immerse yourself in their rich traditions and languages.
We are looking for someone with experience in retail, community services, LLN, and first aid or construction. You will have the chance to develop your skills and make a meaningful impact on people's lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Train and mentor Team Members to help them grow and learn in their jobs
- Travel to remote Aboriginal communities to deliver training and support
- Develop and maintain relationships with local communities
