Role Overview

ALPA is seeking a skilled Travelling Workplace Trainer to join our team. As a Travelling Workplace Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering training and mentoring to our Team Members in remote Aboriginal communities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver training and mentoring to Team Members in remote communities
  • Represent ALPA's values and mission in the communities we work with
  • Collaborate with our training team to develop and deliver training programs
  • Travel to remote communities for extended periods, with overnight stays

Requirements

  • Experience in workplace training and mentoring
  • Ability to work in a remote and dynamic environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations
