About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Geometallurgy Projects Manager to join our team at Mineral Resources. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing leadership and technical expertise in the development and implementation of spatially and geologically based predictive models.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain predictive geometallurgy models to support business unit decision making.
  • Collaborate with planning and projects teams to integrate geometallurgical analysis into the mine planning process.
  • Design and manage geometallurgical test work programs to deliver insights for future mining areas.
  • Engage and manage a range of diverse internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Metallurgy, Process Engineering, or Geoscience.
  • Sound understanding of metalliferous processing technology and practices.
  • Proficient understanding of operational aspects relevant to geometallurgy.
  • Experience in developing flowsheets and determining predictive geometallurgy models.
  • Exposure to multiple operations and commodities.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop strong relationships and work collaboratively with stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a collaborative approach to finding practical solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
