About the Role

This exciting opportunity exists for an experienced clinical governance expert to lead our Clinical Governance Unit. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for driving high-quality practice, ensuring relevant legislative and key performance indicators are met, and working collaboratively with all operational areas to provide support in implementing appropriate clinical governance processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, report on, and evaluate clinical governance systems in partnership with the executive team.

- Coordinate, collaborate, and engage with key clinical and non-clinical staff to facilitate a culture of continuous quality improvement.

- Provide efficient and effective use of human and material resources in the Clinical Governance Unit.
