We are seeking a skilled Debt Resolution Specialist to join our team at InDebted, a leading provider of innovative debt collection solutions. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in helping us achieve our mission of making the experience of debt resolution smoother and more human.
About the RoleAs a Debt Resolution Specialist, you will be responsible for resolving complex debt issues on behalf of our clients. This will involve working closely with our technology platform, which uses machine learning and AI to personalize the collections journey and champion positive customer experiences.
You will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from analyzing data to identifying trends and patterns, to developing and implementing effective debt resolution strategies. Your work will have a direct impact on the success of our clients and the overall reputation of InDebted.
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills. You will also need to be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.

About the SalaryThe estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401(k) matching and paid time off.
