Early Childhood Educator Wanted

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Teacher to join our team.

Overview of the Role

As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality educational programs that inspire a love of learning in children. You will work closely with families to build strong relationships and ensure each child feels a sense of belonging and thrives.

Key aspects of this role include inspiring purposeful and intentional teaching practices, fostering positive relationships with families, and modeling and mentoring high-quality educational practices within your room.

Responsibilities
  • Inspire a love of learning in children through purposeful and intentional teaching practices delivered with creativity and energy.
  • Build meaningful relationships with families so each child has a strong sense of belonging and thrives.
  • Model and mentor high-quality educational practices in your room and collaborate with the centre leadership team to develop, review, and implement early learning programs.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (approved).
  • Current Teachers Registration.
  • Current Working with Children Check and First Aid qualification.
  • Strong knowledge and experience of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
  • Able to lead a classroom, engage with educators, families, and children to implement the educational program.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong, positive relationships with children and families.
  • Commitment to reflective practice and continuous improvement; able to share best practices to improve the education program.
  • Maintain a safe environment for children, families, and team members.
