Job Title: Early Childhood Educators

Deliver high-quality early childhood education services that foster positive learning environments for children and families.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement educational programs that enhance the educational program and aesthetic surroundings, promoting a stimulating environment that supports children's wellbeing and learning.

  • Key Accountability Areas:

    • Ensure all concerns, complaints, and significant issues affecting the operation, children, families, and staff are documented and reported in a timely manner.

    • Expected Outcomes:

      • Develop and implement effective strategies to address operational challenges and ensure the provision of high-quality services.

  • Accountabilities:

    • Comply with established protocols and procedures to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.

Requirements:

  • Certification: Hold a Certificate III in Children's Services (equivalent or willing to obtain).

  • Licenses/Certifications: Current Working with Children Check (WWCC).

  • Professional Knowledge: Sound knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.

  • Personal Qualities: Ability to provide safe and stimulating environments that support children's wellbeing and learning.
