Sales Ambassador

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled retail sales assistant to join our team. As the face and voice of the brand, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience.
You must be available on weekends and have flexibility to work other days including public holidays as required. You will also be expected to work during peak trading periods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing top-notch customer service and ensuring a cohesive brand experience.
- Selling Sheet Society products through engagement and genuine connections with customers.
- Educating customers about our brand and offering expert styling advice.
- Managing inbound customer calls/queries via Air Caller.
- Fulfilling Click and Collect orders within business timeframes.
- Assisting customers with their queries and providing support as needed.
Requirements
We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. Key Requirements:
- Previous retail experience is essential (at least 1 year), with a strong background in sales.
- Genuine passion for customer service and building long-lasting relationships.
- Creatively minded and able to provide expert styling advice.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated flexible and positive attitude, able to work independently.
- Self-starter with the capability to make decisions confidently.
