Strategic Procurement Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Strategic Procurement Specialist. This role involves strategically managing contract management services for internal clients, ensuring safety, cost-effectiveness, timeliness, quality, and client satisfaction.

This position is part of our wider procurement team, working in a challenging environment across facilities management and minor works.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Preparing complex tender packages for minor Work projects
  • Collating market and data information to support business objectives across our organization
  • Liaising with current suppliers to optimize commercial services
  • Preparing results, outputs, and internal/external communications
  • Liaising and negotiating with internal and external stakeholders on specific portfolios of contracts

To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate should have:

  • A proven track record of procuring utilities, minor works projects, and facilities management contracts
  • Essential experience in life cycle contracts and procurement-facilities management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
