Job Summary:
The Experience Ambassador will be based in Adelaide and will assist the Senior Workplace Manager with operational activities in accounting and finance, maintenance and operations, vendor oversight, purchasing of material, equipment & supplies, occupancy services and helpdesk. The Experience Ambassador is also required to provide administrative support to the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with clients and stakeholders to deliver exceptional service
- Manage procurement and vendor relationships to ensure seamless operations
- Ensure accurate financial management and reporting
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify areas for improvement
- Identify and mitigate risks to JLL and clients
- Provide daily concierge services to clients and employees
- Coordinate events and meetings
- Manage IT assets and infrastructure
Requirements:
- Motivated and proactive individual with a proven track record of delivering best practice and quality
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in facilities management, business, or related field
- Knowledge of local occupational health and safety requirements
- Experience in facilities, property management, hospitality, or related field
