About the Role

We're seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Graduate Trader. As a Graduate Trader, you'll have the opportunity to work with our seasoned traders and engineers to develop, maintain, and improve trading models, algorithms, and systems. You'll also be responsible for managing the execution and risk of complex trading portfolios, collaborating cross-functionally with our Developers and Engineers to understand and improve technical infrastructure, and researching new market opportunities.

What We're Looking For
  • An academic background in Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Actuaries, Finance, or Economics with a minimum Distinction average or equivalent.
  • Strong analytical skills and a desire to solve complex problems.
