About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Contact Centre Administrator to join our Corporate Services and Infrastructure team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing professional service, expertise, advice, and support for our contact centre environments.

The primary purpose of this role is to design, document, and implement solutions to support our contact centre operations. You will also be responsible for completing regular system audits and maintaining accurate records of the contact centre environment.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Investigating and resolving complex platform issues, serving as the escalation point for critical incidents.
  • Designing and implementing solutions to support our contact centre operations.
  • Maintaining accurate records of the contact centre environment.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Demonstrated experience in providing support for cloud contact centre environments.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills to build and maintain effective relationships.

Qualifications

  • Qualifications or equivalent experience in Telecommunications and Genesys Cloud is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated experience with implementation of Genesys Cloud integrated with Salesforce CRM.
