Financial Analyst Role

The Financial Analyst is a key member of our team, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day accounts payable function, month-end tasks, and reporting.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Processing invoices and expenses from start to finish, including verification of authorization, accurate coding of creditor numbers, and General Ledger accounts.
  • Addressing queries related to payments in a timely and effective manner.
  • Maintaining plant costs reconciliation and managing subrights, including communication with international publishers, diligent payment chasing, and accurate cash receipt allocation.
  • Providing critical support through monthly reporting, account reconciliation, invoice verification, and calculation of recharges.
Candidate Profile:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual with an accounting degree and AP knowledge. Previous experience in AP and the media sector is desirable.

Excellent organisational and communication skills, solid knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, and strong intermediate to advanced Excel skills are essential. Experience working with accountancy software is also required.
