Junior FP&A Analyst

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and strategic decision-making through insightful financial analysis and data-driven reporting.

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Junior FP&A Analyst to join our fast-paced finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality financial analysis, modeling, and reporting to support business strategy and planning.

  • Work with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and reports.
  • Conduct financial analysis, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to drive business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and scorecards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  1. Preparing and analyzing financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  2. Developing and maintaining budgeting and forecasting processes.
  3. Providing ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Successful candidates will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • 1+ year of experience in FP&A or related field.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Experience with financial software, such as Planful, is a plus.
