Job Title:

Team Leader for Lead Tenant Service

Lead the operations of the Lead Tenant service and oversee property maintenance needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and oversee the operations of the Lead Tenant service.
  • Liaise with case management services for young people placed in Lead Tenant arrangements.
  • Recruit, assess, support and monitor Lead Tenants.

This is a Part-Time, Fixed Term (22.8 hours per week - 0.6 EFT, 12 month contract) opportunity based in Footscray, VIC within our Lead Tenant Program.

Requirements:
  • A knowledge and understanding of Aboriginal culture and values.
  • Appropriate tertiary qualifications.
  • Experience in youth welfare practice.
