    A Senior Property Manager is sought after by Randstad to lead the management of high-end properties. This esteemed role involves overseeing a curated portfolio, ensuring exceptional service, and fostering long-term client satisfaction.

    Key Responsibilities:

        • Portfolio Management: Oversee a portfolio of high-end properties, providing premium service and ensuring client satisfaction.

        • Leadership: Mentor junior property managers, fostering a collaborative culture and promoting high-performance standards.

        • New Builds Management: Coordinate new build properties, liaising with builders to ensure seamless communication and a smooth process.

        • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, providing regular updates and expert advice on property management strategies.

        • Repairs, Compliance & Maintenance: Ensure all properties meet compliance standards, manage repairs and maintenance, and oversee financial tasks such as rent collection and arrears management.

        • Strategic Growth: Identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to growth initiatives through innovative property management solutions.

        • Client Reporting & Administration: Provide regular updates and detailed reports to property owners, maintain accurate lease records, and assist with report coordination through to bond completion.

    About You:

        • Experience: A seasoned Property Manager with at least 5+ years of experience managing premium property portfolios, ideally with new builds experience.

        • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead a team, mentor junior staff, and foster a positive working environment.

        • Qualifications: Must hold necessary qualifications to operate as a Senior Property Manager in Adelaide, with a current driver's license required.

        • Skills & Attitude: Strong organisational, negotiation, and time management skills, with a client-focused approach and ability to handle high-value property portfolios.

        • Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail, ensuring compliance, client satisfaction, and operational excellence at every stage of property management.
