  • Review, negotiation, and finalization of subcontracts to protect the company's interests">
  • Management and tracking of project expenditure, including subcontractor claims, to ensure financial transparency">
  • Administration of RFIs to clients, architects, and consultants to resolve project issues efficiently">
  • Administration of the project HSE system to ensure compliance with safety regulations">
">Requirements:">
  • ">
  • Degree qualification in construction management or equivalent">
  • Previous experience working for a Tier one or two head contractor is essential">
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Senior CA role in commercial construction for a recognized tier 1/2 builder">
  • Exposure to high-rise hospital, pharmaceutical, or complex commercial projects valued $250m+">
  • Knowledge of the South Australian construction market and subcontractors">
  • Strong attention to detail and proven communication skills">
