About the Job

We are seeking a seasoned Project Director to lead our projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project management, team leadership, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and objectives
  • Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and schedules
  • Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence
  • Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and team members
Requirements:
  • Degree qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying or similar
  • Prior experience in a Project Management role or significant experience as a Senior Contract Administrator
  • Demonstrated understanding of construction and design methodology, project management principles and delivery methods
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with ability to motivate and guide teams
