
Senior Business Improvement Officer

We are seeking a skilled professional to enhance business improvement initiatives and property management within NSW Health.
This role will focus on developing processes aligning with the strategic direction and outcomes of the Ministry of Health Property Unit.
Main Responsibilities:- Implementing and improving real property transaction processes, including leasing, acquisitions, and disposals.
- Validating Health Entity requirements for real property needs and overseeing related activities.
- Providing advisory services on property-related matters to support Local Health Districts in their planning and transactions.
The ideal candidate will have experience in government real property management, project management, strong communication skills, stakeholder engagement, and policy knowledge.
