Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Clinical Care Manager to lead our team of carers and nurses in providing safe and effective clinical care utilising a person-centred approach.

  • Manage and lead a team of carers and nurses by demonstrating empathy, trustworthiness, and respect
  • Take an active role in building meaningful relationships with our residents and their families
  • Develop and implement comprehensive care plans and manage residents' assessments to the highest standard

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
  • Previous experience in Clinical Management and knowledge of relevant legislation
  • Experience in managing and leading people by fostering a positive work environment
  • High level of interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Demonstrated understanding of person-centred care and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
