Job Description

As a Health Practice Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations of our multidisciplinary health clinic. Your primary responsibility will be to assist the directors in ensuring the smooth functioning of the clinic and providing exceptional care to our clients.

You will lead our administrative team and support our practitioners to deliver outstanding experiences for all who visit our clinic. This will involve overseeing the implementation of procedures and systems that promote efficiency and effectiveness throughout the organization.

In this capacity, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with our team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes that enhance our services. You will also be responsible for developing and reviewing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

As a key member of our leadership team, you will contribute to strategic planning and decision-making, helping to shape the future of our clinic.
