At the heart of our team is a dynamic and experienced Senior Cost Management Professional who will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality property consultancy services. We are seeking an individual with expertise in cost planning, estimation, and ongoing cost management for various property and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with colleagues to provide outstanding quantity surveying services that meet client needs and align with quality standards.
  • Oversight of cost planning, estimation, and ongoing cost management for multiple projects.
  • Prepare accurate cost reports, tender documentation, and financial analyses to support decision-making and project delivery.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and value engineering to identify opportunities for cost savings and improved outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2-4 years of experience working as a client-side Quantity Surveyor in Australia.
  • Demonstrated experience providing full project services for major property and infrastructure projects.
  • Strong knowledge of CostX and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
  • Corporate membership or working towards accreditation with AIQS or RICS.
